King John's Castle

Here is our afternoon at our first (of many I hope!) Irish castle. It was so fun to walk around and have another view of Limerick from the top of the castle. Fun day.

A real live castle! I miss castles. Sweet photos of B & her Daddy.

Great castle-not so great king! I wonder who lived in it? Acording to the plaque it couldn't have been King John. Seeing B near the door way really put things in perspective! Of course all the pictures with her were my favorites.

Wow, so amazing.

Please visit many castles, take notes, and when you pay for my visit out there, take me to the best ones!

Uh-hem.
Thanks.

Amazing pictures, Molly and what a fun day for you guys!!!

Brennan looks so sweet - what a memory book of pictures you could make for her for when she's a little older.

She is the princess of the castle!

Looks like a fabulous castle. Hmm, was that Adam with a man purse?

King John's is a nice castle but far from the best in my opinion - Adam told me you guys didn't see the highlight of the place - the hstorical re-enactment video with its, now famous, line "Holy Mary mother of God."

I too noticed what looked like a man purse!
