Rainbow Brite

These pants/shoes remind me of Rainbow Brite for some reason, remember her? I loved her when I was little.

Bonfire+S'mores= Good Times

This weekend is "preview weekend" up here at high sierra. What this means is that some students from main campus are up here checking things out to decide if they want to come up here for a semester. This weekend they have lots of fun activities planned and tonight it started off with a bonfire and roasting marshmellows -YUM. It was a beautiful night to be outside and we all had a great time (my mom is in town this weekend so that added to the fun). Here are some of my favorite pics from the evening.

Green Time

The Green's are here! Adam's Uncle Lawrence, Aunt Robin, cousin Tad and his wife Katy are in town! We are having so.much.fun. with them! We all stayed up until close to midnight chatting and laughing away-loved it. Yesterday was Uncle Lawrence's birthday so I thought cupcakes were in order (shocking right- me wanting cupcakes?)...yum.

Spring Break '08

One of the benefits to being married to a professor is undoubtedly the schedule! This week was APU's spring break so we took off! We started our week by swinging by Pasadena to do some things like dr appointments, dental appointments, etc. I did however manage to squeeze in dinner w/ Lauren and Kel. Lauren proceeded to take off for Carlosville (where I hear its always sunny and never rains) so I'm glad I got to see her even though it was brief. Kel hung out w/ me and B a bit and we had lots of fun at the park and running around. We then came back to Bass Lake for a couple days before packing up again and heading north to San Francisco! San Fran was a blast, yummy food, perfect weather, good family time~lots of fun. Here is a hodge podge peek at our week...

I'm pretty sure I was meant to live here:

I love this picture, my two babes

Ahh B, stopping to smell the flowers

This very unique man was swinging all 3 of his dogs on the swings, it was hilarious!

B joined in the action too

Nothing like a big mouth full of sand!

Brennan invited herself to play with Dino and his toys, thankfully he was gracious enough to share (although by his expression here, maybe he wasn't wanting to!)

Grace Cathedral is an amazingly beautiful church, B enjoyed their fountain as well as the beauty
I got Ben & Jerry's, B got lemons...fair right?

This picture cracks me up, Adam looks so peaceful and serene...taking in the beauty, whereas Brennan looks like she's about to loose it at any second!

Our hike to the waterfall

B playing with Aunt Kel

Chillin' on the drive back to Bass Lake

Me and the girlies, getting a little CPK (yes, I was as tired as I look)
