I'm sure your thinking "thanks for the news flash, we all know what day it is" -but I LOVE that its October 2nd! Like many people, fall is my favorite time of year, October and November just make me swoon. :) So, today is the 2nd which means I have exactly 1 month until my baby turns 3 -WOWZA!! Normally by now I have all my ducks in a row for her birthday party and feel good about things, well this year...not so much! I've been a little busy lately and needless to say...my ducks so far are not even in the same pond. All of this is about to change of course, the clock is officially ticking, I gotta get a move on! Also, before we get to B's 3rd birthday, my sweet husband has a birthday on the 29th. As if that's not enough going on, Halloween is of course 2 seconds later! (Seriously...how in the world are most of the costumes sold out/have limited sizes, etc. already?!!! People are
way too on the ball I think!) Anyway, I'm giddy about all that's coming up and am excited for a northwest fall, been about 13 years since I've experienced one so, it'll be fun. I need to bust out my
many decorative pumpkins (I might have a problem) and start lighting my pumpkin spice candle and stopping by Starbucks every chance I can for the ever-so-fleeting pumpkin spice latte'.
In other news, I still need to get my Oregon drivers license (boo!) and am walking around with a fake tattoo on my body (which means I hand wrote it w/ a sharpie) gearing up to get the real thing done, I just gotta find the time (and the nerve)! I feel like this blog post is turning really random, lots of things swimming around my mind -to those of you who said you wanted more posts about me, are you regretting that yet? :)

Hurray for Fall! I'm so glad to live in a place too, that actually experiences fall. Heading out today to pick up some holiday scented candles. :-)

And don't forget another special birthday in November... YOURS! Miss you birthday buddy! And I am bummed we are going to just miss you in Seattle- Chris and I are going to visit the King's next weekend, we leave the 13th! :-(

Fall is awesome. It got real cool here for a day and it felt great! November birthdays rock (I say it every year!)
