So I've been blogging over at my new blog, in case you haven't been checking it out, please do! Here is my dilemma, I have every intention of keeping the content of my new blog just like I did over here but for some reason, it does seem "easier" for lack of a better word to blog my every day life here. So, this is where you all come in. Should I:
a) let this blog go and just do everything over at my new blog
OR
b) keep this blog for more personal stuff and keep my new blog for just business?
OR
c) you don't really care
I'm just curious as to if you have any thoughts b/c I'm kinda torn at the moment. So, if you have any thoughts I'd love to hear em!

I think you should keep this blog for personal things. You've been doing it for along time and it would be sad to quit. Plus I miss the personal posts over here so I think it would be good to keep business and personal separate.
I totally agree with the shape. It seems to me that it would keep the photography blog more "professional". But then again maybe that's not what you had in mind for you new site.

I don't want to lose your personal blogs, Molly, but I'm afraid it would take too much time to do two blogs. If you have time, separate blogs might accomplish what you want professionally.

I like the personal updates, personally. :) I think it would be great to keep your other blog 'professional', for lack of a better word, so we and your clients can see all your beautiful work. But if we want to know what you ate for breakfast we can check your personal blog.
I agree with the above! Keep the personal stuff here and keep the professional blog professional. Like Doug, I plan on checking both!! :-)
One blog, please
both. more to love.
I say do both. You don't want to have your professional and personal blog intertwined. If you have potential clients looking at your blog and they don't like something you posted, you may lose business. Don't take that risk. It is NOT hard to keep up with more than one blog. I have three! Make the right decision for you though.
I vote for two blogs! I love this one and don't want to see it go.

As you know, I'm in this predicament too and have two blogs, which can be challenging to maintain. (Although I think graduate school may have something to do with my infrequent postings...)
It's easier for everyone else to check just one blog but I also think that if you decide to do just one, you will likely limit the personal stuff to what is appropriate for clients to also see, which may not be a.) what you ultimately want, or b.) what your readers want.
Perhaps you can look back on what you've written at this blog in the last several months that wasn't photography related and consider whether you'd feel comfortable with clients reading it. If so, one blog may be the way to go for convenience sake. If not, two blogs it is, with perhaps the understanding that you likely will not be posting everyday to both.
I agree with Kelly 100% - well put.
As a non-blogger I cant imagine the time and energy it takes to keep up one, nontheless TWO blogs. But I do agree and understand the ability to "keep it personal" somewhere. You know Best Molly ~ as a loyal friend and reader I will find you anywhere!
Mols, more to read, more to love!! Two blogs! I know it is more work and I can't even do one blog, but if any one can do it, you have shown that you have the determination, skill and humor to pull it off.
Love!

I had just found your blog...have enjoyed tremendously reading your blog..I hope you keep both..this one for personal and the other for business..blessings!
Hi Molly,
Well, as someone that didn't really know you personally until you came to Colorado, you might've called me a 'perfect stranger', I have to say I enjoy reading your personal posts and seeing all the shots you take. So looking at it from a different perspective, other 'strangers' might enjoy reading all of your stuff, whether personal or business...I didn't help in making the decision any easier, did I?
