I really didn't take photos on our road trip (other than the rainbow) but I did make L stand in front of this cool wall in some random Texas town in the INSANE heat. :)

Happy Birthday Lauren!
I don't do birthday posts anymore, it was getting too complicated, people's feelings were getting hurt b/c I'm lame and forget things, etc.. But, I am giving a shout out to Lauren today, she did just spend 3 whole days in a car with me driving to Texas, took unpaid time off work to do it, and helped me move into my new home. AND (don't be mad at me for this L), she is turning 40 today, and that's just a big ol' deal! Happy birthday my friend, enjoy your day and know that if I were there I'd make you a cake and take you out to Japanese BBQ! You look fabulous dahling and if that's what 40 looks like, sign me up! xo
