my baby sleeps, in her big girl bed

I realize most children get into a "big" bed long before B has, I know...she's old. The reality is, she loved her crib and so did I, we both weren't ready to part with it. I kept saying "when we get to Texas you're going to sleep in a big girl bed!" I gave her ample warning and we talked about it a lot. When I saw her bed, I knew it was her bed, and it was. I love it, just like I love(d) her crib. Her room isn't done yet so this isn't the "reveal" but today when I peeked in on her during her nap she was sleeping so sweetly with the fan blowing on her face. She's getting big, my baby is growing up. Sniff.
