A few weeks ago we went with some friends to this place called Homestead Heritage. The best way I can explain it is, its essentially a group of folks who live similarly to the Amish (not quite as hard core) and sell their food and wares at this weekend type fair several times a year. I guess you can always go out there to eat and walk around but a couple times a year they actually have a fair that you can spend the day at. We were there a few hours (before B and Everett were all done). It was fun, we ate good food, B made candles and pretzels, we watched sheep herding, bought yummy jam and just had a good time with good friends. I didn't take many pictures but here's a handful. Hope ya'll have a lovely weekend! xo
(you'll notice in practically ever photo B has her daddy close by, just how she likes it. We both think he's the cat's meow) :)

Looks like a wonderful place to spend the day. I'm surprised you could get B to part with that little lamb (or is it a goat). Love how B loves her daddy! Kemi
