that haps 'round here

The weather here has been all over the road, we've gone from snow to sun in 2 days. I actually had my a/c on in the car today, so weird! The snow is a distant memory already but here are a handful of photos from our one day of snow.

We had a pretty chill weekend, not to much to report. I tried this tortilla soup recipe on Friday, it was good! I love tortilla soup but I prefer mine a little less spicy and a little more creamy but all in all, its worth a try. I also made this dip for a Superbowl gathering we attended and it was delish! If you like guacamole and blue cheese, I'd definitely make it b/c it is so so tasty (and easy!). Hope you all had a nice weekend, happy Monday! xo
