just some thoughts on this here Thursday

Adam left at the crack of dawn this morning to drive to Missouri with one of his best friends, they are going back to their old stomping grounds to visit their friends. I'm happy for him, I know he'll have a great time but of course its only 11:37am and I miss him already and can't wait for him to come home! We didn't sleep very well last night, you know how it is, when you have to get up super early you toss and turn all night...lovely. Oh, and I may or may not have set off our new house alarm at 1:30am...nice.

Today is B's last day of school, BOO! How did this year go so fast?! I haven't taken Brennan to school this whole year, Adam takes her and I pick her up. Well, Adam is gone so after not sleeping last night I also had the pleasure of getting up and taking her to school on her last day. I looked awesome as I'm sure you can all imagine. :)

After that I went to coffee with my friend Kellye who I haven't seen too much of lately, was nice to sit outside and chat for a bit.

I really need to go to the store, the fridge is looking pretty empty and the toilet paper is almost out! Now that momsie is gone, the real world is back!

I have a photo session tonight, its been booked for well over a month now and of course the weather is looking very ominous outside. Please no rain!!

If you want to hear my thoughts on canvas prints, you can head on over here today.

Lets see...what else....Oh, I'm photographing a birth any day now, really hoping she can hold off until Adam comes back! I hadn't planned on me needing a sitter for the occasion! (esp in the middle of the night! any takers? :))

In diet news not much to report, depending on the day I'm down 3-4lbs. I need to start being more disciplined b/c the scale hasn't been moving too much, boo!

Well, I think that's about all the haps around here! I hope you are enjoying your Thursday and that you have sunshine wherever you are! xo

I missed reading your blog and knowing what you're up to day to day. Way to go on the weight loss girl! I know self-discipline is never easy so I'm proud of you for making your goal public and sharing with us. Once you set your mind to something and commit I know you will do it.

I will be really interested to see the birth session (I think)? :) Is this a first? I'm sure you'll capture it beautifully. I'm just hanging out with Sam today - wish I was the one having coffee with you.
