I've been a little off my cooking schedule the last couple of weeks but I hopped back on yesterday! I scoured the internet for recipes, made my grocery list, went to the store, came home, and cooked! I have been trying to keep up with meatless Mondays (somewhat) and last night I made this yummy pasta (tragedy of all tragedies, I forgot to put in the garlic! It has it listed in the ingredients but it doesn't say when to incorporate it so I forgot! DOH! As an avid garlic lover its safe to say something was missing...I will make it again, and WITH the garlic!). At the last minute we invited our friends/neighbors over to join us (they are vegetarians so I was happy the thought came to me!). Nothing like asking people to come over in 10 minutes for dinner! (but don't the last minute ideas work out the best sometimes?) :)
Anyway, it was pretty darn tasty and pretty quick too! Also this week I will be making this chicken dish, this beef and broccoli dish, and this warm goat cheese salad (I LOVE goat cheese!). I will report back with my opinions, hopefully nothing but success! (our grocery store didn't have any arrowroot...does anyone know where I can get some?)

Me too, Kemi! I don't even know WHAT arrowroot is, let alone know where to find it.

Love your recipe sharing -- this week I did baked chicken breast topped with generous portions of bruschetta. It was delicious and summery feeling and healthy(i think?)
